Shipping may differ depending on what country you are ordering from. 

General shipping: 

All General Worldwide Deliveries are between 4 - 10 days, delivery may arrive before 7 days or after 7 days depending on the country you are ordering from.

As well as the time / season you order. As we cannot account for the Delivery companies and their schedule. (Specifically) Christmas, is often the only time where delivery may take longer.

U.S.A / Canada / United kingdom have a standard 4 - 10 day Delivery, per 5 bags. 

• Orders of €250 or more to the stated countries are delivered via FedEx express / DHL Express or UPS Express. 3 - 4 day delivery! 

European Union countries / Schengen countries  / Easter European countries have a standard 3 - 7 day Delivery, per 5 bags.

• Orders of €100 or more to the stated countries are delivered via DHL express / FedEx express / UPS express.  2 - 4 day delivery.

Asia / Africa / Australia / South America / and middle east have a standard 7 - 14 day delivery per 5 bags.

• Orders of €500 or more to the stated countries are delivered via FedEx express / DHL Express or UPS Express. 3 - 7 day shipping.

Tracking Number!

All shipments to our customers / clients come with a Tracking Number verification Email. Once your goods are in route, you will receive a tracking number from us via email which will allow you to look at and track your order from a designated Delivery company. Most Often used Delivery companies: DHL / FedEx / UPS / GLS / DPD.

Other local shipping companies are also used for specific regions such as middle east, asia, south America, Australia and Africa. Also with tracking number or pick-up point. 

Standard International shipping fee. 

Sadly we cannot ignore the international shipping fee, but we have already calculated for that! Yes, you will pay €4.99 For the international shipping fee, unless an order of €100 or more.

For all international orders above €100 regardless of the country, Standard 4 - 10 day international shipping is included. But not express shipping. 

Free standard 4 - 10 Day shipping to all European countries regardless of order amount. But not express shipping. 

Before Delivering your order?

The maximum ship out time refers to the Maximum number of business days (3 work days) it will take for S.H.I.E to ship out your order after receiving payment.

Your coffee is freshly roasted 1 - 2 days before being packed and shipped out.

Often if your order is made the night before or early morning the order is roasted, packed, and shipped out the same day! 

On average we roast different blends Tuesdays / Wednesdays / Thursdays and some weeks we also roast on Saturday's. 

"Business days" - equate to normal weekdays. Sundays and MAJOR holidays are excluded. (also based on Delivery company schedules.)

Are you ordering gifts for many people? regardless of the occasion, we have something special for those you care for. Minimum order of 20 items (from any collection) Gift Bundle for your family, friends, co-workers, and others!
